Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell was found guilty today of first degree murder in three of four infant deaths.
Gosnell was also convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of a female patient who was given a lethal dose of sedatives and pain killers in 2009.
Gosnell, 72, could face the death penalty.
Earlier today, on their 10th day of deliberations, the Philadelphia jury of the Kermit Gosnell murder trial sent a note to the judge stating they were hung on two counts. Gosnell is facing more than 200 criminal charges at this time, and it has not been revealed which two counts were at issue.
The judge had ordered the jury to resume deliberations.
