Phill Kline and his counsel filed a motion Thursday with the Kansas Supreme Court requesting that the Court hold its decision until
evidence of bias has been rooted out.
His motion notes the “pervasive bias that has infected this case from its inception” mentioning specific portions of judicial opinions, the panel’s ommisive report, statements by the Disciplinary Administrator, and public Twitter statements from a judicial clerk. If upheld, the Court will privately review evidence of bias before announcing its decision.
